Acid cellulase Powder

Introduction :
Americos Cellscos 450 AP is a highly concentrated acid cellulase enzyme (NCU activity - 2,15,000) produced by genetically modified strains of Trichoderma Reesei. It is cost effective for denim material.

Americos Cellscos 450 AP/ Acid cellulase Powder aggressively hydrolyses yarn surface by attacking the 1, 4 beta glycoside linkage of cellulase, yielding soluble products such as short-chain polysaccharides and glucose. This action loosens the indigo dye layer on yarn surface, which is subsequently more easily removed by mechanical action of the machine. After desired degree of abrasion is achieved, the deactivation of enzyme is recommended.

Americos Cellscos 450 AP is applied on denim garment using rotary drum washer with high mechanical action.

Storage & Handling Precautions:

• Store in cool place.
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• The shelf-life of Americos Cellscos 450 AP is one year if stored below 40°C.
