Introduction :
Americos Indigofix AXN provides value addition to denim garment by creating sharp lines on denim garments when it is applied by brush/screen, dried and cured at 150°C and subsequently discharged by Americos Deni XL solution.

Americos Indigofix AXN is used to retain indigo, only on certain portion of garments while making the remaining portion white or light background of indigo. It is a kind of resist effect.

Americos Metallic sparkle is dispersion of sparkles extended with various printing auxiliaries. Americos Metallic Sparkles provide excellent color sparkle effect and it is ready to use product. Americos Metallic Sparkles are designed in such a way that you can use the product with all types of methods i.e. brush, spray, screen, and knife edge application for textile and garment industries.

These following sparkle shades are available:

Metallic Silver, Glitter Silver, Silver Green, Golden, green, Copper, Rose Pink, Yellowish Brown, Silver Blue, Red Brown, Navy Blue, Red Dark Brown, Dark / Golden Brown, Black, Grey

Properties :

Application :
Americos Metallic Sparkle can be used by spray, brush, and screen

Stir well before use
Americos Metallic Sparkle can also be applied by knife-edge method for textile and garment industries.

After Above Application :
Cure at 150°C temperature for 5 min Wash and rinse
Load the garment into the softener bath
Dry into tumbler drier

Storage & handling precautions :

• Store in cool place, avoid storing in direct sunlight
• Americos Metallic Sparkle should be stored at ambient temperature.
• The shelf life of Americos Metallic Sparkle is one year.
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed.

Introduction :
Americos Modified White Paste is designed in such a way that on mixing with Potassium Permanganate, first, it remains liquid after 30 minutes it convert into thick paste which can print. Thereafter, it converts into liquid for spray.

Mixing / Handling :
Americos Modified White Paste is added to the permanganate solution with high shear agitation. mixing is continued for 4 -5 min between 2000 - 3000 rpm.

Introduction :
Americos Superior Basta can be used in the HI&I, Printing Ink, Ceramic, sea water desalination, Agro, Sugar, Pulp & Paper and water treatment industries. It functions as anti redeposition aid/agent, dispersant and scale inhibitor.

• Powerful anti back-staining agent
• Remains stable with amylase during desizing
• Remains stable with cellulase during enzyme

Desizing Step:
Charge bath with following chemicals
Americos Superior Basta: 0.3 - 0.7 % (owg)
Americos Amylase 180 : 1 - 1.5% ((owg
Run for 30 minutes at 60° - 70°C

Enzymes wash step:
Charge bath with following chemicals Americos Superior Basta: 0.3 - 0.7 % (owg)

Americos Cellstone EXL 800: 1g/l (1%owg)
Adjust pH 4.5 - 5.5, Run 45 - 60 minutes at 60°C

Storage & Handling Precautions :

• Store in cool place
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf-life of Americos Superior Basta is one year if storage temperature is below 40ºC
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed
