Introduction
The basic problem in enzymatic washing of denim is back- staining of
detached indigo dyes on fabric surface. Hence, it reduces the contrast
effect/fading effect, which garment washer want to produce on denim.
Americos White MRC prevents the reposition of indigo dyes on fabric surface.
It coagulates with anionic indigo dye and keeps it in dispersion state
during garment washing.
The main features of Americos White MRC are:
- It improves the contrast
- It prevents settling of detached indigo dyes (with help of cellulase
enzyme) on denim fabric
- Has good compatibility with enzymes, pumice stone

Americos Superior Basta can be used in the HI&I,
Printing Ink, Ceramic, sea water Desalination, Agro, Sugar, Pulp & Paper
and water treatment industries. It functions as anti redeposition aid/agent,
dispersant and scale inhibitor.

Application:
Desizing Step:
- Charge bath with following chemicals
Americos Superior Basta: 0.3 – 0.7% (on weight of garment)
Americos Amylase 180 : 1 – 1.5% (on weight of garment)
- Run for 30 minutes at 60° - 70°C
Enzymes wash step:
- Charge bath with following chemicals
Americos Superior Basta: 0.3% - 0.7% ( on weight of garment)
Americos Cellstone EXL 800 : 1 gm/ltr. ( 1% on weight of garment)
- Adjust pH 4.5 - 5.5, Run 45 - 60 minutes at 50 - 60°C
Storage & handling precautions:
- Store in cool place
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight
- The shelf-life of Americos Superior Basta is one year if storage
temperature is below 40ºC
- The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin
should be observed

Storage : To ensure extended shelf life, store Americos Superior
Basta in air tight condition and avoid moisture condition.
