Introduction

Newly invented and designed ready to use application on denim garment. These colors can be applied on direct blue denim garment as well as can be applied on discharge chemical applied portion (neutralized/non-Neutralized color shades are brilliant and fast to bleach).

Colors : Lemon Yellow, Golden Yellow, Orange, Reel, Blue, Turquoise Blue, Rust, Brown, Wine Black, Jet Black and Grey

Application on Garment
Can be used with spray gun.
Can be used with painting brush.
Can be used with screen print.

Properties
Appearance: in paste form
Washing fastness: fast to bleach
Light fastness: good, 3-4 after (Its test report can be submitted on request)

Precaution
Americos DPDF Supra Colors should be dried after application. If you want to discharge and fix DPDF colors, first apply discharger (Americos Deni XL solution) on garment. Thereafter, neutralize by using following products.

1.5% Americos Deni OX (neutralizer) on the liquor ratio.
2.0% Americos washstore (booster) on the liquor ratio.
2.0% Americos fixer ST(fixer) on the liquor ratio.

Method for dyeing Americos DPDF colors
Can be dried with help of iron.
Can be dried overnight and keep the garment for 15 minutes for drying in tumbrel dryer.
Cure at 75°C temperature in curing chamber for 3-5 minutes.
