Introduction :
Americos Washfix is non-formaldehyde base dye fixing agent for direct and reactive dyestuffs for imparting excellent light-fastness, chlorine-fastness, etc. There is no dye bleeding during washing.

General Properties :

Dose: Use 2 - 5 g/l after completion of dyeing and soaping.

Storage & Handling Precautions :

• Store in cool place.

• The shelf-life of Americos Washfix is one year if stored below 40°C.
• The usual precautions in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed .

Introduction :
Americos Crockmaster improves fastness towards wet and dry crocking. It is an emulsion of high molecular weight polymer and film-making resin, which improves the dry and wet rubbing fastness of napthols, indigo, direct and reactive dyed fabrics / garments. It keeps the fabric soft and does not require any curing.

Features of Americos Crockmaster are:

• Improved rubbing fastness of printed or dyed fabrics

• No or little change in shade tone
• Does not require any baking
• Can be applied by padding as well as exhaust process

Properties :

Application :

The Americos Crockmaster can be applied by padding as well exhaust process..

(1) Exhaust Process (Jigger, winch, soft-flow and wash wheel)

Apply Americos Crockmaster after completion of dyeing and washing steps or at final finishing stage

Drain the bath. Do not rinse fabric
Dry the fabric by normal procedure

(2) Padding Process
Pad the fabric at room temperature with 50-80 gm/ltr solution of Americos Crockmaster, and dry it by normal method used in practice.

• The self-life of Americos Crockmaster is one year if stored temperature below 30 C

Introduction :
Americos Hi-Tech 2000 is a color deepening resin. As an after finishing process, it increases the shade depth and clarity of the black dyed polyester and its blends. Excellent color deepening shall be obtained when the materials are treated with Americos Hi-Tech 2000 during the first process and with Americos Ebony Black during the second process

General Properties :

Special Features :

Due to the smooth surface, deep shades are difficult to obtain in synthetics particularly in polyester fibres. Surface roughening by surface hydrolysis may enhance the color depth, however, such processes also add to environmental pollution. In contrast, Americos Hi-Tech 2000 works entirely in different root without such hydrolysis process.

Americos Hi-Tech 2000 is a special finishing resin for black dyed polyesters and their blends. It enhances color depth and clarity of the product greatly.

In order to achieve the best effect of Americos Hi-Tech 2000, the dry process must be progressed with equality, and this process shall also bring excellent dark coloring effect.

Americos Hi-Tech 2000 must always be used during the first process and Americos Ebony Black during the second process in order to achieve excellent deep color effect.

It is alright to use Americos Hi-Tech 2000 and Americos Ebony Black at the same time for light color products, but the darkness of the color shall decrease.

There is almost no color fade caused by washing or dry cleaning.

Dosage: It depends on the type of material, but standard recommendation is 4%.
