Introduction
Americos Washfix is non-formaldehyde base dye fixing agent for direct and reactive dyestuffs for imparting excellent light-fastness, chlorine-fastness, etc. There is no dye bleeding during washing.

Introduction :
Americos stabilizer NBL is an organic peroxide stabilizer cum chelating agent for silicate free bleaching. It shows excellent stabilization of peroxide at low concentration. It can work under alkaline pH (up to pH 13)

Application Methods

Americos stabilizer NBL is applied by following techniques:

1. Batch application (Jigger, Soft-flow m/c, Winch, Wash wheel)

Americos stabilizer NBL	: 0.5-1 gll
Americos Extracta AL	: 1 gll
Caustic soda	: 2 - 3 gll
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% w/w)	: 2 - 5 gll
Temperature	: Near boil
pH	: 10.5 - 11
Time	: 45 - 60 min.

Drain the bath and give one hot wash and one cold wash.

2. Semi-continuous Application (Cold Pad-batch process)

Americos stabilizer NBL	: 3 - 5 gll
Americos Extracta AL	: 3 - 5 gll
Caustic soda	: 20 - 30 gll
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% w/w)	: 20 - 40 gll
pH	: 11.5 - 12.5

Impregnate the fabric with the above liquor (80% pick-up) and store for 12-24 hours. Give hot wash and cold wash.

3. Continuous Application (Pad-Steam process)

Americos stabilizer NBL	: 5 - 8 gll.
Americos Extracta XL	: 3 - 5 gll
Caustic soda	: 10 - 20 gll.
Hydrogen Peroxide (50% w/w)	: 20 - 40 gll
pH	: 11-12

Impregnate the fabric with the above liquor (80% pick-up) and steam for 20 minutes at 120^oC. Then followed by compartment wise hot wash, cold wash and peroxide removal.
