Americos Leather Soft 750
Introduction
Americos Leather Soft 750 is a blend of silicone softener and polymer resins. It gives a bulky, soft hand and non-yellowing leather like effect. It also provides UV protection against harmful UV-B rays from the sunlight. It increases the tear strength significantly and improves crease recovery property.

- It does not modify typical fabric properties and hence, it can be used on knitted fabrics as well

Application Methods
Americos Leather Soft 750 can be applied by exhaust as well as padding method:
(1) Exhaust application
(Package m/c, Soft-flow m/c, Winch, wash wheel)

| Temperature | 45 - 50°C |

| Time | 20-30 min. |
(2) Padding Application

Impregnate the fabric for 70 - 80% pick-up, dry at 120 -140°C for 2 - 3 min.
Storage & Handling Precautions
- Store in cool place
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight
- It should be stored at ambient temperatures
- The shelf life of Americos Leather Soft 750 is one year if stored properly
- The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed

Americos FX 30
Introduction
AMERICOS FX 30 is an innovative finishing agent, which is composed of multi-functional urethane silicone resin. It is used to achieve wrinkle free finish for cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex, etc and their blends. It enhances elasticity and prevents wrinkle formation in fabric.

- It enhance wrinkle recovery
- It gives excellent elasticity to various kind of textiles and their blend
- It can be used on white fabric because it does not make yellowing by heating or as time goes by

Application
- Exhaust Method :
Use: 2-5% weight of fabric (for bath stability it is better to use with AMERICOS SOFT AC 1000 CONC) - Padding Method

Precaution
- · Before using with other finishing agents in finishing process, AMERICOS FX 30 is required to pretest for compatibility with them sufficiently.

Americos Rabroxil 5011

Americos Rabroxil 5011 is a blend of various kinds of silicone and organic resins. It gives a bulky, soft hand and rubbery bouncy effect. It also provides UV protection against harmful UV-B rays from the sunlight. It increases the tear strength.
