Introduction :
Americos Print 160 is a highly concentrated synthetic thickener for pigment printing. It is not affected by electrolytes. It is suitable for pigment printing on cotton as well as on synthetic textiles.

Application :
Americos Print 160 is designed for a very convenient preparation of pigment printing formulation which can be effectively thickened by direct addition to the mixture or it can be used as part of customer's specific thickener stock preparation (with or without ingredients other than the pigment itself).

Generally 17 g/l of Americos Print 160 is used in printing paste. It may vary depending on the binders and other additives and on the viscosity required.

Storage & Handling Precautions :

• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• Americos Print 160 be stored at ambient temperatures
• Do not allow freezing
• If Americos Print 160 is stored for longer period, it is advisable to mix it well, before use
• The shelf-life of Americos Print 160 is one year if stored below 40°C
• The usual precautions in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed
• Do not store in mild steel, copper or aluminum containers

Americos Print DP is a highly concentrated thickener for disperse dyes printing. It is not affected by electrolytes. Americos Print DP can be used in all processes such as flat screen, rotary screen and roller printing system.

Application
In general, 40 gm Americos Print DP is used for preparing 1 kg printing paste (direct preparation) and 30 gm Americos Print DP is used for stock preparation.

Americos Print RBT

Introduction

Americos Print RBT is a synthetic thickener for reactive color printing. It provides brilliant, sharp and soft print. The viscosity of printing paste prepared with Americos print RBT does not get altered on storage considerably. The washing-off of Americos print RBT is easy and so it saves water and energy.
