Introduction :
Americos Nanodure SGDS is a special stain-guard finishing agent of the dust, sand and dry-soil (mud, clay) staining. Americos Nanodure SGDS can remarkably prevent attaching these staining on the fabric, and can easily be removed these staining from the fabric. Therefore the clean fabric is always keeping.

Americos Nanodure SGDS is effective for all kinds of woven and knit fabric such as cotton, wool, polyester, nylon, acrylic, and their blends. And this stain-guard effect has the good durability under repeated washing.

Handling touch does not become hard after finishing, and water absorbency does not fall
No. yellowing and no color change after finishing, and various kinds of fastness does not be fallen.
Curing or heat set is unnecessary.
It does not contain the harmful substance such as formaldehyde.

Dosage :
Padding method 5-10% soln. Pad

Dry
Dipping method 5-10%owf. Dip

Squeeze Dry
Normal temperature. X 10 min. Dipping Bath ratio 1:10

Curing or heat set is unnecessary. But if it was done, it is on problem for the satin-guard effect.
It can be used together with other finishing agent. But preliminary test must be done very well, because there are some cases where the stain-guard effect is fallen.

Stain-guard effect:

Put "a original fabric & a finished fabric" and "sand (1g)" into a small bag, then this small bag is waved in every direction 50 times.
After take each fabric out of this small bag, and lightly beat each fabric.
Then compare with the remained quantity of the sand on the surface of each fabric

Precautions in storing:

Storing in normal conditioned sheltered area. Keep cool and dry. Seale up.
Caution to freeze.

Water and Oil Repellent Finish for Textiles:
Fabric preparation:
For maximum water repellency, fabrics should be free of all sizing agents, wetting agents, alkali and other additives, which may have a tendency to interfere with repellent properties. Fabrics should be well prepared and left slightly acidic for best results.

Silicone defoaming agents reduce oil resistance and their use should be avoided in all preparation stages, including sizing of the warp. Silicone water repellents are also very detrimental. The presence of these materials even in minute amounts makes it practically impossible to obtain a satisfactory oil rating.

Bath make-up :
Americos Olifulant-O-W-992 is an aqueous emulsion that is readily dispersible in water. It is compatible with many resins, catalysts, hand-builders and other finishing products. The order and manner of addition of these products could affect bath stability. Americos Olifulant-O-W-992 emulsion should be the last add to the bath and should be pre-dispersed with an equal quantity of water. It is recommended that bath temperature be in the range of 80°-100°F. Excessive high-speed mixing of the bath should be avoided.

Processing conditions:
Impregnation:
Pad the fabric with Americos Olifulant-O-W-992 using a two or three bowl padding mangle. Cloth that enters the bath should be at room temperature to prevent warming the pad bath. Placing a cooling fan in front of the padding mangle may help this.

Pre-drying: For best results, the impregnated fabric should be pre-dried nearly to 30-40% moisture content before entering the drying chamber and this would increase the process speed. Infrared pre-driers are preferred, but roller type pre-driers or Teflon coated cans may also be used.

Drying :
For fabrics that require heat setting, temperature inside drying chamber may be kept at 365^° to 400^°F.

Curing: Sixty seconds at 340°F is a typical curing method, however, the optimum time and temperature may vary with fabric type and its blend, GSM and oven characteristics.

Introduction
Americos NKW Rought is a nonionic base deep coloring resin especially for disperse dyes. Since the polyester fibres are regular and round in shape, the high surface reflection diminishes the shade depth which otherwise is easy to obtain like in other natural fibres. Therefore, application of Americos NKW Rought further enhances the shade depth by the surface light absorption and scattering theory.

Special Features:

Americos NKW Rought has excellent deep coloring effect and also imparts great softness simultaneously. It is an economical product compared to other deep coloring agents. It does not create any problems when used in stenter padding and dryer.
Americos NKW Rought is has excellent deep coloring effect to the ITY, BSY, Deep color yarns, and normal filament yarns.
Americos NKW Rought is free from problems made by folds or wrinkles during the padding process.
Americos NKW Rought is nonionic, and hence can be blended with other agents and does not have any side effects.

Americos Poly-Urethrin Resin is made from blends of polyurethane based dispersion resin for imparting paper finish on fabrics and garments. Obtaining paper like feel on textile requires a fine flexible coating which is fulfilled by Americos Poly-Urethrin Resin. The product also contains built-in softening agents and hence treating textiles with Americos Poly-Urethrin Resin also imparts soft and smooth feel of textiles.

Advantages:

Since Americos Poly-Urethrin Resin is made from special polyurethane dispersion resin with selected molecular weight, it imparts paper finish to textiles
The built-in softeners improves the soft feel
It also increases the shade depth

Garment in Wash wheel:

Treat garments in wash wheel for 5- 0 min. Hydro extract to keep % pick up 70-80% Dry and cure at 130°-150°C for 5 min. (By ironing or in oven)

Pad the fabric with above recipe at 70-80% pick up Dry at 100°-120°C leaving 8-10% moisture in fabric Cure at 150°C for 3-4 min.(on Stenter )
