The Sanitary Finished Americos Anti-Microbial 400 is a nano corpuscle anti-bacterial agent effective for all kinds of fibers (especially excellent for natural fibers). It holds the anti-bacterial ability to many kind of germs, and the durability is excellent. (Staphylococcus, pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, ticks, fungus) Also, it is low virulent and the degree of purity is high, and safe for high temperature heat and for UV rays. The solubility to water and the compatibility with resistant type resin and fabric softener is excellent. The Americos Anti-Microbial 400 does not have discoloration or damage, and gives sanitation to the fabric.

Special features:

• The Americos Anti-Microbial 400 gives excellent anti-bacterial ability to the natural fabrics and to the synthetic fabrics. (Staphylococcus, pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, ticks, fungus) Also, it gives strong effect even with small amount of usage, so it is efficient for cost reduction.
• The compatibility with the finish process is excellent, and it does not influence the softness or the moisture absorption ability of the fabric (Processed by nano corpuscle)
• It maintains effective anti-bacterial ability even after 50 washes, but the result may differ from the type and process conditions of the textile.
• It does not have stimulus to the skin and it is non-toxic.

Application range:

• Fabric: Under ware, bedclothes, socks/stockings, diaper, baby products, towel/wet towel, carpet/curtain, sports utilities, shoe insole, seat cover for toilet.
• Home: Anti-bacterial spray (clothes/shoes/beds/wall papers), anti-bacterial agents for washes, filters for clean water, rubber gloves, vacuum cleaner pouch, paint for the kitchen and dining room, filter for aquarium.
• Paper: Toilet papers, hygienic band, diaper cover.
• General industry: Waste water treatments, paint for exterior/interior, water proof agent, toys, non woven fabric polyurethane sponge, cosmetic puff, fishing net, plastic items.
• Vehicles/Ships: Interior, seat, floor, stain resistance paint, air conditioner paint.
• Etcetera: Anti-bacterial agent for agricultural medicine, medical items, gyps, stanching items.

Application:
The amount of usage differ from the type, density, thickness, and the treatment method, but the standard amount of usage is 0.2-1%

Americos Color Enhancer provides value addition to garment by highlighting a certain portion of garment in over dyeing process. Americos Color Enhancer increases the dye uptake many fold depending upon concentration and shade depth. It shows excellent highlighting effect in case of light/medium shade.

Application:
Process for Garment:
First, apply Americos Color Enhancer on garment by brush/ screen/ spray method, dry by iron or curing at 130°-150°C temperature. Thereafter, over dye the garment as per recommended method.

Process for Padding:
Pad the fabric with the above recipe for 90% pick-up and then dry/cure at 155°C for 30 seconds.

Storage & handling precautions:

• Store in cool place.
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• The shelf-life of Americos Color Enhancer is one year if storage temperature is below 40°C.
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed.

The mites belong to the arthropod family, which is the spider class eating the scurf/dead skin cells from the human body.

The mite's size is 0.1-0.5mm which cannot be seen by the naked eye. They inhabit the fibers in textiles that are warm, humid and with low exposure to light.

These mites can be found in bedding, sofas and carpets, in fact every corner of the home can be turned into a great habitat for these creatures due to the environmental pollution as well as the changes in home living conditions (eg central heating).

The excreta of these mites become airborne and enters the human body through the respiratory organs. This is the main cause of allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, skin irritations and eczema.

Americos Insrep C is an insect-repelling capsule, which contains products extracted from natural materials. It is different from other repelling chemicals in that it is an intelligent insect repelling chemical, which maintain a long lasting effect by its application to the textiles and the various habitats of the mite

Americos Insrep C is available in three forms:
1. Americos Insrep C is for application to textiles in production of bedding, furniture fabrics and carpets at the final finishing stage.

2. Americos Insrep CR is to be applied as a rinse aid after laundering bedding/clothes etc in the home.

3. Americos Insrep CS this in the form of a spray and if applied to bedding and is allowed to permeate into the fibers it will prevent the inhabitation of the mites.

Recent tests by the spread checking, infiltration checking and test tube methods have shown a 99.9% repelling ratio
