Americos AC ARL 900
Introduction
Americos AC ARL 900 is formaldehyde-free pre-treatment auxiliary to
create affinity for pigments towards cellulosic substrates. It promotes
complete exhaustion of pigment in exhaust dyeing of garment.

Application
Americos AC ARL 900 is recommended as pre-treatment / mordanting agent in
dyeing cellulosic garment with pigment by exhaustion method.

Introduction
Americos Anti-microbial is an special formulated anti-microbial agent,
which is effective on both types of bacterial gram +ve and gram ve. It
gives bacteriostatic properties to cotton, wool and synthetic textile
fabrics used in apparel, domestic and household goods by inhibiting the
growth of odour. The treated materials are resistant to attack by
microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. This anti-bacterial finish will
last through multiple conventional launderings.
Features of Americos Anti-microbial :
- It gives excellent anti-bacterial ability to the natural fabrics and
to the synthetic fabrics. (Staphylococcus, pneumococcus, escherichia
coli, ticks, fungus)
- It is low virulent and the degree of purity is high, and safe for
high temperature heat and for UV rays.
- The compatibility with the finish process is excellent, and it does
not influence the softness or the moisture absorption ability of the
fabric.
- It does not have discoloration or damage, and gives sanitation to the
fabric.
- It maintains effective anti-bacterial ability even after 50 washes,
but the result may differ from the type and process conditions of the
textile.
- It does not have stimulus to the skin and it is non-toxic.

Application range :
- Fabric : Under ware, bedclothes, socks/stockings, diaper, baby
products, towel/wet towel, carpet/curtain, sports utilities, shoe
insole, seat cover for toilet.
- Home : Anti-bacterial spray (clothes/shoes/beds/wall papers),
anti-bacterial agents for washes, filters for clean water, rubber
gloves, vacuum cleaner pouch, paint for the kitchen and dining room,
filter for aquarium.
- Paper : Toilet papers, hygienic band, diaper cover.
Application :
The amount of usage differs from fabric i.e. the type, density, thickness,
and the treatment method, but the standard amount of usage is 1 ~ 3% (on
weight of fabric).
Padding process :
- Suitable amount of usage : 2 %
- Pick up ratio : 70 ~ 80%
- Dry : 130 ~ 150oC x 30 sec. ~ 40 meters/min.
Storage & handling

- Store in cool place
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
- The shelf-life of Americos Anti-microbial is one year if storage
temperature is below 40oC.
- The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin
should be observed.

Americos Metallic Sparkle
Introduction
Americos Metallic Sparkle is a dispersion of sparkles extended with various
printing auxiliaries. Americos metallic sparkle provides excellent colour
sparkle effect and is a ready to use product. Americos Metallic Sparkles is
designed in a way that can be used by all type of methods i.e. brush, spray,
screen and knife edge application for textile and garment industries.
These following shades are available:
Silver, Red, Green, Gold, Copper, Silver Big Sparkle, Silver Green, Grey,
and Olive.

Application

After Above Application
- Cure at 150°C temperature
- Wash and rinse
- Load the garment into the softener bath
- Tumble dry
