Introduction :
Americos AC ARL 900 is formaldehyde-free pre-treatment auxiliary to create affinity for pigments towards cellulosic substrates. It promotes complete exhaustion of pigment in exhaust dyeing of garment.
Abrasion-touch finishing by Bio-Wash down for ling dyed garments having deep-dyeing effect & strong surface fixation, which is obtained by improved affinity for cellulose of Pigment.

Machine Cleaner
Americos AI - M/C Cleaner
Introduction :
Americos AI - M/C Cleaner is a newly developed cleaning agent for various machines used in a textile chemical processing unit, including dyeing machines. It is excellent in removing tarred dyes, oligomers and scales that are accumulated inside the machine.

- Saves water and time in m/c cleaning

Application :
Americos AI - M/C Cleaner can be used for washing of padding mangle, jigger, soft-flow, wash-wheel, etc. The cleaning process is used in two steps. First wash the machine using following recipe:

- Caustic soda : 2 g/l
- Time : 20 - 30 min
- Temperature : 60° - 70°C
- At the second stage wash the machine using following recipe.

- Caustic soda : 2 g/l
- Sodium hydro sulphate : 3 g/l
- Time : 20 - 30 min
- Temperature : 60° - 70°C

Textile Binder
Americos Resin Binder
Introduction :
Americos Resin Binder is a specially designed binder for glitter. It is anionic self-cross linking copolymer emulsion, which forms a soft flexible film. It does not require high temperature and long dwell times. It can be used in spray applications with the various glitter / sparkle. It is durable to washing and dry-cleaning.
The advantages of Americos Resin Binder are:
- It forms a soft flexible film, yet is tough enough to bind the glitter or sparkle to the garment when sprayed and dried.
- It does not require high temperature and long dwell times
- It is self catalyzed binder
- It increases the fastness to washing and dry-cleaning.

Application:
Add desired amount Americos Resin Binder and Americos Glitter / Sparkle to spray gun container, shake well, and spray.
