Introduction
Americos Wrinkle A-75 is self-catalyzed and low formaldehyde resin. It
increases value addition of garment by creating smooth and permanent
wrinkles on garment. Wrinkles are stable to multiple home launderings.
This concept is used to increase value addition of garment by creating
wrinkles at a certain portion of denim garment. It is just opposite to the
wrinkle-free concept but wrinkle is formed with the help of traditional
cross-linking agent like DMDHEU and other resin.

Properties
Application
In this process, self-catalyzed resin like Americos Wrinkle A-75 is applied
on garment where wrinkle has to be made then crease or folds are created
manually. Then fabric is dried and cured at 150
oC for 5 min.
The wrinkles, which are formed on garment, are permanent in nature and
stable to multiple home launderings.
Storage & handling precautions:
- Store in cool place
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight Americos Wrinkle A-75 be stored at
ambient temperatures.
- Do not allow freezing. If this product is stored for longer period,
it is advisable to mix product well before its uses.
- The shelf-life of Americos Wrinkle A-75 is one year if stored at
temperature below 40oC.
- The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin
should be observed.
- Do not store in mild steel, copper or aluminum containers.

Americos Indigofix AXN provides value addition to denim garment by creating
sharp lines on denim garments when it is applied by brush/screen, dried and
cured at 150°C and subsequently discharged by Americos Deni XL
solution.
Americos Indigofix AXN is used to retain indigo, only on certain portion of
garments while making the remaining portion white or light background of
indigo. It is a kind of resist effect.

Properties :
Applications :
The garment is treated with Americos Indigofix AXN (applied by brush),
dried and cured at 150°C temperature. Thereafter Americos Deni XL
solution is sprayed with spray gun on garment for discharging or bleaching
with sodium hypochlorite in wash wheel. After drying, garment is neutralized
with Americos Deni OX.
