Americos Hi-Tech 2000 is a dark coloring resin which increases the darkening effect and the clearness of the black dyed materials of polyester or mixed spinning goods when treated with after finish process. Excellent deepening color effect shall be able to be acquired when the materials are treated with Americos Hi-Tech 2000 during the first process and with Americos Ebony Black during the second process.

Special features and Usage:
Americos Hi-Tech 2000 is after finish process special resin finish agent for black dyed materials of polyester, etc. and it gives the depth and clearness of the product.

In order to achieve the best quality of Americos Hi-Tech 2000, the dry process must be progressed with equality, and this process shall also bring excellent dark coloring effect.

Americos Hi-Tech 2000 must always be used during the first process, and Americos Ebony Black during the second process in order to achieve excellent deep color effect.

It is alright to use Americos Hi-Tech 2000 and Americos Ebony Black at the same time for light color products, but the darkness of the color shall decrease.

There is almost no color fade caused by washing or dry cleaning.

Application:
It differs from the type of materials, but standard amount of usage is 4%.

    a.*low price goods: need one time of finishing (Ebony black is suitable)

Storage & handling precautions:

• Store in a cool place
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• The shelf life of Americos Hi-Tech 2000 is one year if storage temperature is below 40 C
• The usual precaution for chemicals should be observed i.e. keeping away from eyes and skin.

Americos NKW Rought is a nonionic base deep coloring resin especially for disperse dyes. Since the polyester fibres are regular and round in shape, the high surface reflection diminishes the shade depth which otherwise is easy to obtain like in other natural fibres. Therefore, application of Americos NKW Rought further enhances the shade depth by the surface light absorption and scattering theory.

Special Features:

• Americos NKW Rought has excellent deep coloring effect and also imparts great softness simultaneously. It is an economical product compared to other deep coloring agents. It does not create any problems when used in stenter padding and dryer.
• Americos NKW Rought is has excellent deep coloring effect to the ITY, BSY, Deep color yarns, and normal filament yarns.
• Americos NKW Rought is free from problems made by folds or wrinkles during the padding process.
• Americos NKW Rought is nonionic, and hence can be blended with other agents and does not have any side effects.

Application:
The usage of Americos NKW Rought differs from the type of material and the structure, but the standard recommendation is 4–8%.

During the deep coloring process, left over alkalis shall not be present on the dyed materials.
