Introduction

Americos Indigofix AXN provides value addition to denim garment by creating sharp lines on denim garments when it is applied by brush/screen, dried and cured at 150°C and subsequently discharged by Americos Deni XL solution.

Americos Indigofix AXN is used to retain indigo, only on certain portion of garments while making the remaining portion white or light background of indigo. It is a kind of resist effect.

Advantages of Americos Indigofix AXN are:

• Fixing of indigo at desired portion
• After application of Americos Indigofix, applied portion is fast to hypochlorite bleach
• Eco-friendly product
• Unique fine indigo line can be created on garment

Typical Properties

Application

The garment is treated with Americos Indigofix AXN (applied by brush), dried and cured at 150°C temperature. Thereafter Americos Deni XL solution is sprayed with spray gun on garment for discharging or bleaching with sodium hypochlorite in wash wheel. After drying, garment is neutralized with Americos Deni OX.

Storage & Handling Precautions

• Store in cool place
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf-life of Americos Indigofix AXN is one year if stored below 40°C
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed

Introduction

Americos Pocket White is anti-redepositing agent for indigo dye in denim washing. It prevents "back staining" of fabric by loose indigo during washing process. It improves contrast in denim garment.

Features of Americos Pocket White are:

• Stable to amylase enzyme in desizing
• Stable to cellulase enzyme during stone washing
• Does not contain any hazardous chemicals

Applications

Alpha-Amylase Step :

1. Charge bath with following chemicals
   • Americos pocket white: 0.5 % - 1%
   • Americos pocket white: 0.5 % - 1%
   • Americos Strip Sal-43: 1-1.5%
2. 2. Run for 15 minutes at 60-70°C

Stone Wash Step:

1. Charge bath with following chemicals
   • Americos pocket white: 1%
   • Americos Lube Pro: 1-2 gm/ltr.
   • Americos Cellucom 450: 1-1.5%
2. Adjust pH, run for 30-45 minutes at 50-60°C

• The shelf-life of Americos Pocket White is one year if storage temperature is below 30 C
