Introduction

These are especially designed for denim garments. These colors can be applied directly on denim garment as well as on discharge portions. All colour shades are brilliant and fast to bleach.

Americos Deni DPDF Supra available Colors are: Lemon Yellow, Golden Yellow, Orange, Tomato Red, Pink, Blood Red, Red, Mud, Rust, Brown, Blue, Turquoise Blue, Grey, Black and Jade Black.

Americos Deni DPDF Combination available Shades are: Yellowish Brown/ Cream, Greenish Grey, Bluish Navy/ Light Blue, Navy Blue/ Blackish Navy, Black CG/ Greenish Grey, Red Brown/ Light Grey, Brownish Red, Dark Brown, Coffee Brown/ Black Brown, Reddish Brown, Black/ Grey, Maroon and Olive.

Precaution:
Americos Deni DPDF supra colours & Americos Deni DPDF Combination Shades should be dried after application. If you want to discharge and fix DPDF colors, first apply discharger (Americos Deni XL solution) on garment.

Methods for Drying Americos Deni DPDF colors & Americos Deni DPDF Combination Shades:

• Can be dried with help of iron or
• Keep overnight for atmospheric drying and then load the garment in tumbler dryer. Drying is carried out for 15 minutes or Can be dried at 75oC temperature in curing chamber for 3 to 5 minutes

Thereafter apply Americos Deni DPDF supra colors & Americos Deni DPDF Combination Shades then neutralize by using following products

Load 500 liter water into drum washer

Add 4g/l Americos Deni OX (neutralizer)

Add 2g/l Americos Wash store (booster)

Add 2g/l Americos Fixer ST (fixer)

Storage & handling precautions:

Applications
Americos Deni XL / Potassium permanganate / Bleach treated garments are neutralized with the help of Americos Deni OX (neutralizer) in wash wheel.

Process:Fill the m/c with 500 liter water, add 4g/l Americos Deni OX, load the treated 200 jeans or 160kg Denim Garment in machine and run the m/c for 5-10 min.

Introduction
Americos Deni Ultrawhite is a dispersion of titanium dioxide extended with various print auxiliaries. Americos Deni Ultrawhite provides excellent coverage on colored grounds as well as enhancing the white - on - white effect achieved when it is applied to white substrates. Americos Deni Ultrawhite exhibits excellent running properties on all types of spray, brush or knife-edge application. A soft hand binder is incorporated in the product for excellent fastness and hand.

Water : 100 parts
Stir well before use

Application
Above premix paste can be used by spay, brush and screen method. It a lighter shade of white is desired, it can be diluted further. You can also add pigment to get desired tone. you can also add non ionic silicone to get more softness.

Keep from freezing and away from direct sunlight, store between 15 C^o and 35 C^o. Keep lid closed when not in use.

Introduction
Americos Glossyco is an aqueous, solvent-free, low viscose dispersion. Americos Glossyco is particularly suitable for high quality textile coatings with high wet buckling resistance. Americos Glossyco is particularly designed for special coating of denim fabrics for producing fancy thin and fine film for developing glossy and lustrous, smooth and soft, rubbery and flexible, wrinkle free, fancy color deepening and Americos Elastomer 501 effects.

Special Features
The Americos Glossyco creates a special fine coating which has the following unique properties:

• Fine glossy and lustrous look
• Smooth, soft and flexible
• Wrinkle free
• Color deepening
• High wet buckling resistance
• It is a solvent free polyurethane dispersion with no free isocyanate groups and hence it is eco-friendly
• It is a pumpable and pourable low viscose dispersion and hence it can be applied even by spray method

Applications

Because of its low viscose nature Americos Glossyco can be applied on denim fabrics and garments by both knife-edge and spray methods.
Depending upon the fancy properties requirement i.e. gloss and luster, surface smoothness and softness, film flexibility, rubbery feel, color deepening effect, etc, the coating thickness may accordingly be increased by repeated application of Americos Glossyco. However, it is recommended that one coating of Americos Glossyco as supplied would give the necessary aforementioned fancy properties.

Apply Americos Glossyco on the fabric by knife edge or spray method. Then cure the fabric at 130°C for about 3 min.
Synergistic Americos Elastomer 501
An additional and optional Americos Elastomer 501 feel can be imparted to the textile/denim fabric via spraying Americos Elastomer 501 at the back of the fabric. This gives a synergistic feel to the coated fabric.

Apply Americos Glossyco on the fabric by knife edge or spray method. Then dry it at room temperature for about one to two hours. Then reverse the fabric and spray Americos Elastomer 501. Then cure the fabric at 130°C for about 3 min.

Storage & Handling Precautions

• The dispersion may be stored at least 6 months if kept in a tightly closed container and below 25°C
• Protect the dispersion against cold (+5°C)
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The usual storage, handling and safety precautions should be observed
