Introduction
Americos Transparent Coating enhance shiny reflection on the denim garment and it also provide leather effect on garment while coating with the help of wooden handle rubber squeezer to extract or emit under pressure to foam leather effect on denim garment

Application

In this process, resin like Americos Transparent Coating is applied on garment where coating has to be made by screen, brush and for knife-edge applications manually or machine coating.

First apply, Americos Soft Wet Coating as per above application, There after apply two coats of Americos Transparent Coating to achieve shiny leather effect.

Then fabric is dried and cured at 150C^o for 5 min. The applications, which are formed on garment, are permanent in nature and stable to multiple home launderings.

Introduction
The basic problem in enzymatic washing of denim is back- staining of detached indigo dyes on fabric surface. Hence, it reduces the contrast effect/fading effect, which garment washer want to produce on denim. Americos White MRC prevents the reposition of indigo dyes on fabric surface. It coagulates with anionic indigo dye and keeps it in dispersion state during garment washing.

The main features of Americos White MRC are:

• It improves the contrast
• It prevents settling of detached indigo dyes (with help of cellulase enzyme) on denim fabric
• Has good compatibility with enzymes, pumice stone
• It is formulation of eco-friendly chemicals

Application
For enzyme washing of denim garment Use 2 - 5 g/l. Americos White MRC alongwith cellulase enzyme in washing process to prevent back-staining of indigo dyes.

Introduction
Americos Wrinkle A-75 is self-catalyzed and low formaldehyde resin. It increases value addition of garment by creating smooth and permanent wrinkles on garment. Wrinkles are stable to multiple home launderings.

This concept is used to increase value addition of garment by creating wrinkles at a certain portion of denim garment. It is just opposite to the wrinkle-free concept but wrinkle is formed with the help of traditional cross-linking agent like DMDHEU and other resin.

In this process, self-catalyzed resin like Americos Wrinkle A-75 is applied on garment where wrinkle has to be made then crease or folds are created manually. Then fabric is dried and cured at 150 ^oC for 5 min. The wrinkles, which are formed on garment, are permanent in nature and stable to multiple home launderings.

Storage & handling precautions:

• Store in cool place
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight Americos Wrinkle A-75 be stored at ambient temperatures.
• Do not allow freezing. If this product is stored for longer period, it is advisable to mix product well before its uses.
• The shelf-life of Americos Wrinkle A-75 is one year if stored at temperature below 40^oC.
• The usual precaution in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed.
• Do not store in mild steel, copper or aluminum containers.
