Americos Elastomer 1140 (Elastic & Wrinkle Free Finishing for poly-cotton)
Americos Elastomer 1140 is an innovative finishing agent, which is composed of multifunctional polyurethane. It is also used to achieve wrinkle free finish for polyester/ cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex, etc and their blends. It enhances elasticity and prevents wrinkle formation in fabric.

• It can be used on white fabric because it dose not make yellowing by heating or as time goes by.

Application:
Exhaust Method:
Use: 1 - 4 % weight of fabric

Padding Method:
Use: 10 - 40 g/l

Treated Condition:
Padding 20 - 50 g/l

Pick - up 70 - 80 %

Curing 150°C - 180°C (Time 30 - 60 sec.)

Precaution:
Before using with other finishing agents jointly in finishing process, Americos Elastomer 1140 is required to pretest compatibility with them sufficiently. It is proper that pH of temperature bath is 5 - 6.

Storage & Handling Precautions

• Store in a cool/dry place
• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf life of Americos Elastomer 1140 is one year, if stored below 30°C
• The usual storage, handling and safety precautions should be observed

Americos Elastomer 8080 C (Elastic & rubbery hand with Wrinkle Free Finishing)

Americos Elastomer 8080 C is an innovative finishing agent, which is composed of multifunctional polyurethane. It enhances elasticity and gives also used to achieve wrinkle free finish on knits / cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex, etc and their blends.

Characteristics:
The reactivity of Americos Elastomer 8080 C is reduced by hydrophilic blocking groups in order to ensure adequate storage stability. During the application blocking group is split off by temperature and due to the presence of special catalyst, the reactive isocynate group released makes film on the surface of the fibers and yarn which is not easily visible. Americos Elastomer 8080 C provides elastic and rubbery feel on the fabric.
