Introduction :

Americos Bio-Gloss XL is a bio-polishing enzyme. The term bio-polishing refers to the removal of fluffy fibers / protruding fibers from the surface of fabric by enzymatic hydrolysis. Such bio-polishing results in clear fabric surface. Americos Bio-Gloss XL has three different enzyme activities: Exo-Cellulase, Endo-Cellulase and ß-Glucosidase which makes Americos Bio-Gloss XL especially suitable for all kinds of cellulosic fibers.

Americos Bio-Gloss XL enzymatically hydrolyses the protruding fibers and loosen their ends. The removal of such hydrolyzed fibers requires mechanical agitation. Hence, the machines like soft-flow, jet and wash wheel, which produce mechanical agitation, are more suitable for bio-polishing.

Americos Bio-Sharp A1 is a concentrated, engineered component cellulase. It is produced by neutral process and biodegradable. The product is designed to be formulated in to products that fill the needs of fabric and garment processer. It gives consistently good performance and it has excellent shelf life in normal room temperature. Americos Bio-Sharp A1 especially suitable for all kinds of cellulosic fibers.

Americos E2T3 FadXx is made of special blend of cellulase enzymes produced by genetically modified organism and hence Americos E2T3 FadXx is especially suitable for all kinds of cellulosic fibers. Americos E2T3 FadXx enzyme is produced by a natural process and is bio-gradable. Americos E2T3 FadXx enzyme is best used as an ingredient of a formulated product as it is highly concentrated.

The combination of pH and temperature has the most impact on performance of Americos Cellstone TL.

Note: These graphs are made with a synthetic substrate. Therefore, performance in actual biofinishing application can differ from the shown data.

Americos E2T3 FadXx can be used in a broad temperature range of 40 to 70°C within a pH of 3.5 to 5.5. Recommended standard conditions are temperature of 55 - 60°C at pH 4.5 - 5.0.
